User data and usage in Lychee Slicer

As part of your use of Lychee Slicer, we collect specific data. Some are necessary for the operation of the software and your account, and some are for analytical purposes.

Below is a list of the data we collect and store on our servers and the data we analyze through third-party companies.

Please be aware that your data are only used in connection with your use of Lychee Slicer and/or other Mango 3D products. Your data is not sold to any other third party or used for any other purpose than our products.

  • When you create your account, basic account information is filled in: first, last name, country, language, eventual address, and billing address.
  • 3D printer list and associated resin settings (3D Printer section of the software)
  • If the printing history is enabled, the list of exported slices and their associated data:
    • Slice the filename and a small thumbnail
    • Resin settings associated with the slice file
    • If any, the comment, rate, and modified printing time that you add into the history entry.
  • Anonymous usage of the application, not bonded to your account, using Google Analytics.

All your payment information, if you are a Pro or a Premium user, is managed by the company Mollie. We do not store any of your payment information, credit card number, or PayPal information, except the transaction IDs.

No 3D files or 3D models are sent to our servers. All your Lychee Slicer scenes remain on your computer.

Following the regulations on personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: to know if your data is processed and to obtain communication (Article 15 of the GDPR).
  • Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data or complete your data (Article 16 of the GDPR).
  • Right to erasure: erase your data for a specific reason (Article 17 of the GDPR).
  • Right to limitation of processing: your data will be retained but no longer used for the purposes previously mentioned (Article 18 of the GDPR).
  • Right to data portability: retrieve your data provided to transmit it to another company (Article 20 of the GDPR).
  • Right to object: to object to processing your data (Article 21 and 22 of the GDPR).
