We will be happy to refund your subscription for the following reasons:

  • Your computer is not compatible with Lychee Slicer.
  • You subscribed by mistake. We will process a refund if you contact us during the first 48h following your subscription.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are displeased with the program. We offer a 30-day Trial for Pro Lychee Slicer which allows you to test all the features and functions. This is enough time to test Lychee Slicer. 
  • For other any other reasons, please contact our technical support who will be able to answer your questions.
