I can’t log in: connection issue

I can’t log in to my online Lychee Slicer profile:

  1. Check the email address you are entering is the correct email address (beware of typos)
  2. Reset your password 
  3. Try to log in from a different internet browser
  4. Double-check that your firewalls and antivirus aren’t preventing you from logging in
  5. Add our website as a trusted site
  6. If you are at work and trying to connect from your company’s secured network, please try again at home later or contact your IT department.
