Reinitializing resets Lychee Slicer to its default state, as if freshly installed. This can resolve performance issues, display problems, and other unexpected behaviour.
⚠️ Before you start: We recommend renaming the folder rather than deleting it. If you rename it, you can recover your support preset parameters later by renaming it back. If you delete the folder, your presets will be permanently lost.
Windows:
1. Quit Lychee Slicer completely
2. Press the Windows key, type %appdata% and hit Enter
3. In the Roaming folder, find LycheeSlicer and rename it to LycheeSlicerBak
5. Relaunch Lychee Slicer and log back in
Mac OS:
1. Quit Lychee Slicer completely
2. Open Finder, navigate to your user folder
3. Hold Option and click Go in the menu bar → select Library → open Application Support
4. Find LycheeSlicer and rename it to LycheeSlicerBak
5. Relaunch Lychee Slicer and log back in
After relaunching, Lychee Slicer will download your data from the cloud automatically.
