How do credits work?

Credits function as an internal currency that allows you to generate content within Lychee Generator.

Each generation task, such as creating an image or a 3D model, requires a certain number of credits.

The number of credits consumed varies depending on the type of generation.

How do I purchase credits?

Credits can be obtained in two ways:

  • By subscribing to one of our monthly plans, which include a set number of credits renewed each month.
  • By purchasing a one-time credit pack, which adds credits directly to your balance.

Credit Usage

How many credits does each generation cost?

  • Generating an image costs 5 credits.
  • Generating a 3D model costs 45 credits.

What happens to my credit balance if I change my plan?

When you upgrade your plan, the system automatically charges only the difference in price between your current plan and the new one.

It also adds the difference in credits to your balance, so you keep your existing credits, and we simply top up the missing amount.

How to enable auto recharge for credits?

If you are subscribed to a monthly plan, your credits automatically reset and replenish each month, no manual action is required.

Credit Reset

When will my credits reset?

Credits reset automatically every month on the same day as your original purchase or subscription date.

For example, if you subscribed on October 3rd, your next credit reset will occur on November 3rd.

How many credits will be added to my account upon resetting?

Your account will be replenished with the number of credits included in your current plan.

Unused credits do not carry over to the next cycle.

Expiration & Refunds

Do credits have an expiration date?

  • For monthly plans: credits do not roll over, meaning any unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
  • For one-time credit packs: credits expire after 1 year

If a generation fails, will my credits still be deducted?

No, if the generation fails, your credits won’t be charged.

If you notice that credits were still deducted, please contact our support team at contact@mango3d.io and include:

  • A screenshot of the error message
  • The date and time when you tried to generate the model
  • The email address linked to your Lychee account

This will help our team investigate and fix the issue as quickly as possible.
