- The date and time when the issue occurred
- The prompt you used
- (Optional, but very helpful) A screenshot of the error or result
Common issues you might encounter include:
- A model fails to generate
- The output appears incomplete or distorted
- The result doesn’t match your prompt
If your issue is related to your subscription, credits, or billing, you can use the same email address. Our team will verify your account details and assist you accordingly.
